The historic town of Alnwick is like stepping into a fairy tale. Alnwick Castle is Alnwick’s biggest attraction with over 950 years of history, home to Harry Potter and one of the largest treehouses in the world.
Visit Alnwick gardens where you can meet a giant, find your way out of a bamboo labyrinth or take a guided tour of the famous poison garden filled with 100 intoxicating plants hidden behind the black iron gates (for obvious reasons).
Many different events take place at the Garden's throughout the year such as Gayday 2021 and spooky Halloween hunts.
Hulne park, the only remaining park providing wood and meat to the Duke, is 3000 acres surrounding the River Aln, with a gothic tower, historic caves and Alnwick Abbey all to explore within many different walks to suit everyone.
